CARD Journals allows free unlimited access to abstract and full-text. The journal focuses on rapid publication and Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that same work has not been published, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that its submission for publication has been approved by all authors and institution where the actual work was carried out.
